Coating machines

Primer
The Novisa Automatic System for Profiles Surface Treatment guarantees precision and dosage stability, thus generating valuable and guaranteed process results. It consists of two tanks: one for the cleaner and one for the primer, the latter complete with a Pirex level indicator. Through the slides it is possible to monitor the constant distribution of the dosing valves with high precision and response speed. The system is suitable for the distribution of solvents and low VOC solvents.
Fusers
Hot Melt Novisa application systems are designed to apply Hot Melt adhesives. These ensure a precise temperature control within the various areas and an automatic adhesive dosing control even at varying working speeds. Everything is constantly monitored by a central CPU that, in addition to other process information, controls the functional states of the installation. Ordinary maintenance is simple and quick.
Cutters
The multiple cutting installation is designed to spool, cut and rewind a PVC decorative coil. An elementary system facilitates the rapid removal of the parent coil support unit and, through the encoder, constantly monitors the speed of the leaf by varying the speed of the winders in work phase. The system for removing knives and counter-knives is equally easy and fast.
In the CPL or decorative cardboard coil cutter, the friction control is predisposed during rewinding of the cut coils, aimed at obtaining a precise and constant tension.
